Executive Assistant  – Los Angeles, California
The Children’s Partnership (TCP) is seeking a highly motivated, well-organized, and professional self-starter to serve as Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant serves as a right-hand person to the President and works with staff at all levels to support the planning and execution of TCP’s mission. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing several hats to gain knowledge and experience in children’s policy and advocacy. She or he will support the day-to-day functions of the President and work with a number of individuals across policy and program areas and organization functions to help advance cutting-edge policy & advocacy on behalf of America’s children.

Associate Director of Policy, Child & Family Services – Los Angeles, California
The Children’s Partnership (TCP) is seeking a seasoned professional to help lead and implement strategies in policy and advocacy efforts related to system-involved youth and support other projects aimed at improving the well-being of underserved children through health and technology. Serving as a leader in the field on issues related to child welfare, care coordination, and vulnerable youth, the Associate Policy Director will provide strategic thinking, in-depth research and policy analysis, and expertise on relevant national and California developments. She/he will also help shape community-based pilot projects and engage in outreach, advocacy, and partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in developing and managing relationships with stakeholders, engaging community partners, and applying policy and research expertise toward outcomes that help ensure children are safe, healthy, and thriving. This position may be adapted to a more senior role for the right candidate and fit.

Policy Associate – Los Angeles, California 
The Children’s Partnership (TCP) is seeking a highly motivated professional to help support, shape, and implement strategies in all aspects of its policy and advocacy work and support other projects aimed at improving the well-being of underserved children through access to healthcare and technology. Under the direction of senior leadership, the Policy Associate serves as an internal expert on a range of issues, including children’s health coverage & care, mental health, oral health, telehealth, and/or child welfare. Responsibilities include research & analysis, writing, project management, legislative tracking, relationship development & management, strategy development, community engagement, and local & state advocacy. This position may be adapted to a more senior role for the right candidate and fit.
