Senior Policy Associate, Oral Health    – Los Angeles, California

The Children’s Partnership is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve as a Senior Policy Associate. This individual will be responsible for initiating and implementing TCP’s health strategies, with a primary focus on improving oral health outcomes for children. Candidates should be entrepreneurial and outcome-oriented, with knowledge of a broad range of health issues, including oral health delivery systems, Medicaid, and CHIP. Ideal applicants are committed to improving the health and well-being of children from underserved communities, including immigrant children. This is a full-time position, reporting to the Senior Director of Policy & Programs. Some travel within California and to other states is required.

The Children’s Partnership is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve as a Senior Policy Associate. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that address children’s health disparities and opportunity gaps related to issues in child welfare, criminal justice, immigration, and other systems impacting children and youth. Responsibilities include strategy development, project management, coalition-building, research, writing, and local, state, and national advocacy. This is a full-time position, reporting to the Senior Director of Policy & Programs. Some travel within California and to other states is required.
