Kristelle Jose is the Senior Outreach Associate at The Children’s Partnership. She serves as point person for the ALL IN For Health Campaign, which equips the education community and other community members with the tools they need to connect children and families to health coverage and care. In her role, she engages communities, builds partner relationships, and manages outreach projects. Kristelle has built expertise in how schools, early learning sites, and organizations can connect to the Campaign and work to ensure families have the tools they need to enroll in coverage and get care.

During her time at TCP, she has increased the number of state and regional partnerships that constitutes ALL IN For Health. As a result, more schools and community organizations are delivering messages to families about health coverage opportunities and connecting them to both health care enrollment assistance and resources to help them get the care they need. She identifies and connects with key partners, delivers select presentations on the campaign, informs families and individuals about affordable health coverage, and manages the development of campaign materials. She represents both TCP and the ALL IN For Health Campaign to state and local audiences, and she is a two-time presenter at Enroll America’s State of Enrollment conference in Washington, DC.

Kristelle brings experience in community outreach, social justice advocacy, and strategic planning. Prior to her position at TCP, she worked to reform policies in the criminal justice setting by monitoring jail conditions and assisting returning citizens by facilitating job-training courses.

Kristelle received a Bachelor of Arts with a focus on public policy and visual arts from Sarah Lawrence College in Bronxville, NY. In 2010, she was named Meredith Fonda Russell International Fellow, a project that contributes positively to the international community through research and fieldwork.
