The Children's Partnership Joins NHeLP Amicus Brief Filed with the U.S. Supreme Court in Support of New Health Law's Medicaid Provisions

The Children's Partnership press release on joining a "friend of the court" (amicus) brief filed by the National Health Law Program with the U.S. Supreme Court supporting the Medicaid expansion provisions in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA). The Supreme Court agreed to hear oral arguments in late March 2012 about the constitutionality of the ACA's Medicaid expansion, along with other legal challenges.
