Beth manages key projects related to TCP’s health IT program and serves as TCP’s legal and technical expert on national and state-based Medicaid and CHIP enrollment issues. Beth’s experience includes serving as Associate for the Pacific Institute for Women's Health, where she conducted research and advocacy designed to improve and expand access to health care services at the end-of-life. Beth also worked for a number of children's advocacy organizations, including the Youth Law Center, Children Now, and Children's Defense Fund. She received her bachelor of arts degree from Yale University, her juris doctorate from U.C. Hastings College of the Law, and is a member of the California Bar. Beth lives and works in New York City.
