Partnerships

The Children’s Partnership is so committed to collaborative work that we have built it into our name. Partnerships broaden the impact and the constituency for policies and practices that benefit children. We make a particular effort to bring new partners who can add clout to the changes for children that we are promoting.

Recent examples:

100% Campaign is a California-based coalition with the goal of achieving health coverage for 100 precent of all children in California. The 100% Campaign has been active since 1998 and is credited with helping to keep millions of children insured in uncertain fiscal times.

firstfocus-logoChildren in Focus is a partnership with First Focus, a national child advocacy organization in Washington, DC, that works to connect state and federal issues in a way that adds impact to child advocacy.

School2Home This pilot was a partnership between The Children's Partnership and the California Emerging Technology Fund to develop a model technology integration program to involve parents, teachers, and students in developing 21st century skills. The project was guided by a Leadership Team representing a broad cross-section of public and private partners.
