Your children may be eligible for Medi-Cal or Healthy Families, California's health coverage programs for working families. Health-e-App is an online application that you can fill out and submit from your computer.

Health-e-App allows you to enter basic information to find out if your children are eligible for California's health coverage programs. The system identifies which programs your children are eligible for and routes the application to the appropriate program for enrollment. Click here to apply.

In-person assistance is also available to help you apply for health coverage, either through Health-e-App or on paper. There are community-based workers (called Certified Application Assistants) all over the state to help you apply for health coverage.
